General Terms:
- All prices can be reviewed at https://www.hostrainbow.in at any time.
- Accepted payment methods for services are provided on the official website.
- All payment invoices are generated 7 days before payment is due. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the suspension and eventual termination of the service. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
- Subscription-based payments can be canceled at any time; however, refunds or credit back will not be applicable after 7 days.
- As a registered customer of HostRainbow, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offers, including third-party offers. You may unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter we’ve sent. All information provided during registration with HostRainbow is subject to HostRainbow’s Privacy Policy.
- If the product includes free migration, it can be done between the same platform, such as cPanel to cPanel or Plesk to Plesk. Free migration is not provided between different panel-based services (e.g., Plesk to cPanel).
Fund/Credit Balance:
- No refund will be provided after funds are added to the HostRainbow wallet (Credit Balance).
- Funds credited to the HostRainbow wallet are non-refundable.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e., multiple services or multiple signups do not qualify).
- Refunds will not be granted to accounts closed for Terms of Service (TOS) violations.
- Existing product upgrades or downgrades are not eligible for a refund; the user is responsible for their actions.
- VPS/Dedicated and offshore products are not eligible for refunds if the product has been delivered before the cancellation request.
- No refunds will be granted for Domain Registration, Renewal, or Transfer.
- If you already have a product and order a new one, no refund policy applies; however, a 10-day credit back guarantee is available.
- No refund is available for installation fees, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, Domain Privacy, domain names, licenses, or custom software installs.
- No refund will be issued if our team determines that there are no issues with your hosting plan.
- No refund will be issued if your service is suspended due to Email Marketing, Email Abuse, misuse of our service, inappropriate/illegal/immoral activities, or account overuse, or if your service is terminated.
- We offer a refund on Shared Hosting if our server is offline or the customer’s website is down for more than 1 day.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order for eligible products/services.
- Cancellations made after the 24-hour window may not qualify for a refund or credit back.
- For services with a fixed-term contract, cancellations can be requested up to 7 days before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next term.
Adult Content Policy:
We do not allow adult content such as pornography or nudity. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy.
- We take a zero-tolerance stance against sending unsolicited emails, bulk emailing, and spam. “Safe lists” and “double opt-in” will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice. No refunds will be given.
- Mailing Policy and Limits: Sending bulk mail is not allowed on our server. Each cPanel/DirectAdmin/Plesk account can send up to 100 emails per hour. Accounts found to be spamming will be suspended with or without notice (Only applicable for shared hosting).
